Take a 9K, especially a turbo and it's just a LOT more car than a C900.
I had a C900 for 19 years before going to a 9000. It was great and I was a bit leery about buying a 9K. But the 4-hour ride home from where I bought it erased all concerns. The 9000 is smoother, quieter more comfortable and a nicer car to drive. And while it more complex and has some weak points, it overall a much better car. They are a bit harder to work on, but it's no biggie. And if you do some work on it and add some SAS sway bars the handling is up there with 5-series Bimmers.
The C900 is more of a truck in terms of ride and ability to take abuse, and is a great car, but I'd take a good 9K any day. I have two now and have never looked back.
