The electronic valve conversion circuit converts the high speed 2 coil BPC signal to drive a single coil valve used on newer Saabs. The 3 way connector for the old valve plugs into the converter, and a short harness on the converter plugs into the new valve. The converter draws very little current from the ECU BPC coil driver transistors, so the circuit is not likely to damage the transistors. Some additional info can be found on the web, search for Saab BPC converter and/or other appropriate words. (Hope that is OK with Scott).
