Don't go replacing any parts till you try a good reverse bleeding. There could be some air in the system; no saying how it got there.
You're sure the line is tightly seated at each end, I'm sure, and the bleed screw fits its seat perfectly and is tightened down. Don't overdo the tightening, but if air got in after it was bled, I can mainly think of those three points as candidates. More likely than a bad OEM master or a bad good-quality slave, since both are nearly new. And more likely than a bad line, rubber or steel sections. Look close at all points before bleeding, and again after.
If bleeding it brings it back, I'd suggest jamming the clutch pedal down to the floor with a short chunk of 2x4 wedged into the front edge of driver's seat bottom, then get a bright light and look close at everything you can see, scanning for possible small leaks.
Clutch hydraulic system is not, like the brakes, under strong pressure often and for long-held pushes. It just does light work in quick bursts, often sits with no pressure on it for most of a drive, so a tiny seep could take a while to let much fluid out or let any air in. (Actually, would it ever let any air in? Maybe, I guess - - anyway look for leaks.)
