Replaced some of the hoses on the wifes 9000CS when I installed a spin on transmission oil filter. Any of the auto parts stores will sell you transmission oil cooler hose by the foot. Use two fuel injection hose clamps per fitting. Been on the car for 5 years and 40,000 miles with no leaks or issues.
If your metal fitting is leaking, just get a hose from a junkyard car and just use the metal fitting.
