ground to bottom of subframe... if memory serves :-) You need room for the floor jack as well :-) Be warned it's a bit of a balancing act on the floor jack though.
But lifting it solo is just Nutz .. I hurt my back the one time I was Moronic enough to try the Hercules act.
Put the jack stands onto the rear A Arm bushings. Using the Car's jack points is too far back unbalanced for safety imo.
Also put something Heavy in the trunk before you start. Car starts to get tippy when supported at the ends of the subframe
