Just wondered if anyone had personal experience with the 60s rubbing. I have worn out 195/65-15 Cooper ST-2s on the 98cse I'm fixing up and wondered about taking the 205/60-15 WR-G2s off a dead NG900.
We have a lot of Nokian winter tires in the family: 195/60-15 WRs on an 88T, 185/65-15 Nordman 2s on a 96cse, 205/60-15 WR G2s on a 97 Outback, 185/70-14 Nordman's on a 98 Legacy, and 235/75-15 Vativas on an 89 Toyota 4x4.
One of my sons put 205/55-16 General Altimax Arctics on his 97 Aero and said they were great in the slop Tuesday night on I87 north of Albany around midnight.
