Circuit 30 is the input from the battery distribution terminal.
Circuit 54 controls the ignition relay and other circuits energized in RUN.
Circuit 50 is the circuit described previously from START.
Measuring voltage at '30' is a good result, but says nothing about the functionality of the switch. You have to measure at 54 and 50 to learn whether the switch contacts deliver CURRENT.
