1.) Not physically different, just a bit firmer.
2.) The springs make the Aero sit lower, not the struts. New struts may make it sit just a bit higher, mainly because the old ones, if originals, have certainly lost some of their push. But new struts won't make it sit as high as a CSE/CS.
3.) Not sure, probably.
4.) I know that Shox.com has them and I highly recommend them. Eeuroparts may also. Check Tire Rack as well. Google is your friend.
5.) No idea but I wouldn't put them on my Saab. I'd guess Monroe only because they are the cheapest. I'm a huge fan of Bilstein HDs myself.
