Had my mechanic replace the clutch and slave in my 1998 a couple months ago. Same problem, the pedal would rise slowly from the floor after driving the car. So, he replaced the master but the problem persisted. He pulled the trans to replace the slave again but before putting it all back together, bench tested the 2nd new slave. It was a problem too. I think he ended up going non-OEM.
Also, your car is a 1994. I had a problem with my 1994 where the framing for the clutch and brake pedals weakened and was bending causing the clutch pedal to bind and not return from the floor.
