Saab owners like their cars, use them as daily drivers and tend to drive them into the ground. Thus, what is for sale is likely to be high mileage, hard wear and being sold because it would cost to much to repair the engine/trans.

FWIW, a good used fifteen-year-old Saab is almost impossible to find. Conversely, excellent fifteen-to-fifty-year-old Porsches are everywhere. The P-wagen is usually a third or fourth car, gets little use and often owned by the truly anal. Of all the cars I've ever shopped, bought and owned, there were more really nice, well-maintained, low-mileage Porsches than anything else out there.
