This may be somewhat unhelpful, but mine went away when I had new front springs, struts, strut mounts and ball joints installed. I suspect that it was my left front strut mount based on the noise that it made and the motion that caused the noise. It only happened at slow speeds like yours. I didn't have any front brake work done and no suspension bushings were replaced during this job.
