need I say more? You'd better send notice to all MOSFET (and microprocessor) manufacturers to notify them that their datasheets need correcting because their rise and fall times are given in nanoseconds and not microseconds like you claim. Maybe you can coax them into moving the decimal point for you. I am amused by your inductor statements as they show no useful data pertaining to how you arrived at your 100 milisecond calculation. Also, I wasn't aware of any "qualification" to change a switched mode ps. This thread serves no purpose and I stand by my original comment referring to burned MOSFETs. This thread is closed for me...
