I agree that it would have to be all 4 seals messed up. I just thought if there was that much oil coming through the intake from the turbo (causing the plugs to be oil fouled), he would see alot more oil inside the intake, the car would be regularly smoking (not just at startup), and the car would be using alot of oil.
