I hope this can help anyone brake pad dust (they ALL suck when new):
When I wash my car, I dry first with a chamois purposefully lazy leaving some water behind. I then use a spray on wax that is applied and buffed with the final drying by terry cloth. Its been my experience when using this method on Ronals, when washing and drying with spray on wax, almost all off the brakedust sprays off with the hose whenever wash time comes around. Certainly, all remaining dust comes off with minimal effort when scrubbed gently with wheel sponge/soap and water with initial wash after first soaking with water.
In essence, waxed wheels are easy to clean and the ronals are about as easy as it gets.
