It is my understanding that ANY time the car goes into LHM, the car will throw a P0120 code... no matter what the problem is. I had a LHM issue that I resolved by cleaning all the electrical connections and another before that was resolved by replacing all the vaccum hosing (one to throttle body was suspect) Both times I had a P0120 code... I have been good for 15k+ miles now except for an issue with a semi-frozen front right brake caliper that tripped out the abs and put me in temporary LHM on the highway during a rain storm.
Car is a '93 Aero ~ 180k
