Before you get 50000 posts telling you to run like hell, I'll give you some advice.
Some parts like the throttle body, cable, and pedal will work off the 94. TPS sensor should work too but everything else will have to come from a non tcs 91-93. That includes the ecu and aic.
Its a shame you didnt post this earlier, I had all the parts you'd need but that car just got crushed. CHeck ebay for the ecu and aic. You might want the engine wiring harness too or you can just build a piggy back harness with the non-tcs wiring.
If you want to salvage cruise control I think your 94 will have all the parts you need for that.
If the 94 is a 5 speed one of the performance guys might give you good money for it with the short final drive.
Finally, I made a guide for removing TCS off a newer Trionic 9000. Most of the information is invalid for your car but you might find something helpful:

TBA the whole process is pretty easy once you understand everything. I could convert another one in a few hours no problem.
