It's the core. Even with the rad cap loose there was a steady stream of water flowing out of the aquarium drain. I bypassed the heater core and everything else is tight. I think I may take it to my indy and work on the Subaru instead. That way I can get rid of it sooner. The heater core kit from Eeuro said it contained the short hoses and the plastic connectors but they weren't included in the package. Quick next day free delivery but I'm short on parts. :-( I'll call them tomorrow.
