Are you referring to front fender? If you are I would buy a new one and have it painted. I first got ripped off from a body shop trying to fix one of mine, rust came back in like 2 months. I then put on a used one and that rusted one in like a year. I finally ended up buying 2 new front fenders and having them painted by a body shop. It was a pain putting them on myself, but worth it, I think. Aero's are notorious for rust on fender because of the poorly designed molding.
