They didn't make the Aero in '98 so the CSE is the top of the line and has the Aero power output. Auto = 200 bhp, manual = 225 bhp. No Aero seats in the CSE. I have a '98CSE and they are a very nice car. Great ride (with new struts) and handling and very good acceleration. The only difference between a '98CSE and '97CSE is the engine power.
