Bit disconcerting at first.. these have always taken 'a while' to get working over several Saabs that I've owned..over too many years than I wish to recount.
Annoyingly: Elder Son's GF's 400K !? Acura RL 3.5 has Everything still working, including the AC.
Make no mistake the car is old/worn and loose... gee who woulda thopught. But the AC (which has had NO service in the last 10 years) Still works Far better than the AC in MY Saab, despite my best efforts.
Unbelievably annoying.. Dohh!.. but true nonetheless.
In fairness that was/is a far More expensive to buy new car than Any 9000 but still..400k and no failures?? Boggles the imagination of a guy who has to spend several hours a week keeping his 100k 9000 'up'. I fastidiously oil the hood hinges as I'm afraid I'm going to wear them out.
