The four 2.5" ells are generic "street 45s"-- female one end, male the other, no flanges. They were $8.95 each at my local parts store. The straight section of 2.5" was about 10" IIRC. The saab tubing OD fits nicely inside the small end. I did some welding, but it wasn't necessary. Muffler clamps should work for the whole job.
I should say that I've done a fair amount of fabricating and plumbing and didn't see this as a big deal, but it is a bit of a puzzle to solve, and it needs to be hung just so to avoid bumping into various parts of the undercarriage. Unless you're a genius at spatial visualization, plan on some headscratching while you're laying under the car.
