Usually the high pressure (pump to steering rack) hose is the first to go, so it's curious that you are only thinking about doing the two low/lower pressure hoses. In any case, take all of the hoses including the metal ends off and bring them to a "hydraulic shop" that rebuilds hydraulic lines used on trucks and construction/industrial machinery; they will replace the rubber part (only) with new hose that's probably better quality than the OEM hose at a fraction of the price of buying a replacement hose assembly. Use new O-rings when assembling into the rack.
