There are 2 versions at eEuro for your year car. $7.92 gets you one. Not sure of the hose diameter, but unless your hoses are bad don't worry about it.
But as RayF and Bill Homer note above, are you sure you need all this work, or are you taking the mechanic's word for it? It could be that the car's been subject to deferred maintenance so it does need a lot of stuff at once, and if the heater core is bad it's not unusual at 170K. Radiators go a long time and typically either split on a seam or the top outlet tube cracks. If your's isn't leaking, leave it for now.
Where do you live? Maybe someone on here is nearby and can give you a second opinion. Or you can go to another mechanic. Most of the prices you were quoted are high or over the top.
