I just installed some URO front sway bar links, replacing some Febi/Bilstein units that had a disintegrated rubber bushing. The thickness of the metal link between the bushing and the top of the threaded portion on the OEM and Febi/Bilstein units are significantly thicker than on the URO, ScanTech, MTC, etc. units, which all appear to be made by the same supplier.
Unfortunately, I needed to replace the part immediately (it was creepeing close to the CV boot, so I bought what I could get - I could not find the Febi/Bilstein unit anywhere. We'll see how the URO part holds up.
