...so, dave24, Noel's idea of swapping from other side sounds good to me.
Is the Aero seat bottom any different from CS/CSE seats? On the backs, there's a big difference in the side bolsters, and the steel wings welded to the frame tubing to support them. Nothing on the backs that you could cadge from a CS, but on the bottoms, maybe.
Replacing foam sounds tempting but these are custom formed pieces, not reproducible with hand made pieces, and no company is going to manufacture these again.
There are many cars out there with the foam rubber in like-new shape still, you just need to find one. Ideally, just buy a replacement set of Aero seats, but maybe someone has a ruined set with good foam they'll let you have. How is your leather? It's hard for me to imagine a seat with good leather but bad foam underneath it.
Bottoms are easy, undo hog rings at bottom front, one set for the leather pouch, and a second set hidden by the pouch releases steel bail that holds seat cover. Tip that up and I think the foam cushion just lifts off the seat frame wires and out, after electric heating pad is disconnected. (Oh, yeah, plastic side covers have to come off first as well.) You might also have to release the seat bottom cover at rear to get pad off but I'm not sure.
What state are you in? What year is your car?
