As it happens, I used one of the cracked housings as a prototype, so yes, I do.

Basically you cut the back off the housing as close to the glass as possible while still keeping the cut pretty square. Picture 3 shows where the hole ended up being drilled for mounting the Micro DE (the hole circled in sharpie is the one I used). I did have to drill a new set of holes in the hella bracket/yoke so that it was more compact in height, and you should be able to figure out that part when you get to it. I saved the pigtails off the factory lights, and everything mounts up to the air dam just like before, so zero modifications to car are required. The only extra parts required are a pair of large fender-washers to re-enforce that mounting hole.
