Rotors: Brembo or ATE are my brands of choice.
As for pads, what I used to buy (and have on my car now) are PBR Metal Master. They are NLA. I believe axxis is the new name of PBR, so they probably just renamed the product, but I don't know for sure.
I would recommend you avoid "organic" compounds like the plague, in favor of either semi-metallic or ceramic. Besides containing asbestos, they tend to be very grabby cold and fade quickly when hot. The main reason people like ceramics, is they are the lowest dust.
