So to fix it you'll need to get another, junkyard a good source. Later Saabs used the same button, widening your pool of source cars.
I think your turn signal prob is likely the flasher relay, which benefits from a re-soldering or as some have done, an oven baking. Do a search.
Or look for one of those at junkyard too.
