The toe in can be checked with a lazer pointer, by setting it up so the beam just grazes the front and back outer sidewall of the front tire, then measuring how far the beam falls outside of the rear tire sidewall. For a 9000 the beam should be .6-.7" out from the rear tire on both sides of the car. It will take some tweaking of the steering wheel to get the same distance on both sides. Once the distance is the same it will indicate how far the steering wheel is off center.
