Can you keep it as a parts car? That might be the most useful option if you have the space. Otherwise, just pull everything that might be useful to you (DI, switchgear, lenses, etc., etc.) or an easy sale (Aero seats, trim, wheels, turbo, ecu), see if you can quickly move the heavy stuff (engine, trans, body parts) locally and scrap the rest. A lot of small stuff and stuff that isn't in high demand like the engine and body amy take a long time to sell and might not be worth it so consider it gravy if anyone bites, but if you keep what you might need for the future, sell the big stuff, and scrap the rest you'll be in a good situation. There's a good truth about cars series about someone parting out a car that might be a good read if you're considering it.
