So are you replacing the engine as a whole unit, or rebuilding the one with the bent crank? Did you check that the main bearing carriers were OK?
Assuming new main/rod bearings, I'd also replace the following :
1. Front and rear main seals 'cuz it's cheap and easy at this point.
2. Timing tensioner seal ring (it leaks).
3. Water pump with new O-rings around the coupler.
4. Check the oil pump gears and the oil pressure check valve. If bits of metal were suspended in the oil, these could have been scored. Replace if they show signs of scratches.
5. valve stem seals in the head. These may leak after 150k miles or so. In fact, since you have the head off, I'm going to assume you'll have it cleaned and checked anyway. A valve grind is like $40, so you might as well do that too.
6. Of course clean out the oil sump and pickup screen. Install a new o-ring on the pickup tube.
Use the Locktite 518 anaerobic sealant in most places that are exposed to oil (timing cover, oil pan, oil filter mount, valve cover, etc).
