You wrote that your radiator fan turns on when the car is idling, which is normal. But does it also cycle off?
I'm thinking that if the other temperature sensor (the one that is associated with the EDU and radiator fan) is keeping the fan turned on too long, then the result could be coolant temperature dropped low enough to trigger the P0125.
