I don't know if the memory unit is different on an Aero. I would think not, as the movements of the seat are the same. It's held in place with some zip ties, as I recall, so should swap over OK.
As for the tracks, maybe wire wheel them to remove any rust and repaint, maybe with some Rustoleum. Not sure how they'd hold up, but it can't hurt. A little grease might help the seats move better.
When I put the Aero seats in my car I think I pulled the tracks and swapped everything into the car the seats were coming from---that one was going to be my kid's ride.
