Are you using a pressure bleeder to bleed the clutch hydraulics? That works usually also I have done a reverse bleed where u push the fluid in through the bleeder nipple and all the way up to the resevoir on a stubborn hydraulic system. Another thought is I think you can put the clutch disc facing the wrong way and it will go together but will not disengage. Hopefully that's not your problem. Good Luck.
