97 9000 n/a

Pulled codes again today and it's a P0101 pulled with a generic OBD code scanner.

Live data showed me that the O2bank1 was giving a constant 0.9 volts. Didn't have an assistant at hand otherwise I could have done a O2 response test by pulling a vacuum hose on the inlet manifold.

So it's running rich alright... and it's showing that on the dash... but what could be causing this?
