Thanks Bill, I'll check that today. Some other things that have been suggested - check that the wastegate adjustment rod has not disconnected - that seems connected. W hose on the BCV (does that mean the hose that goes to the wastegate?).
Two discoveries - the car does have a manual boost controller. Could it be that it is just completely closed? Would that cause no boost? Second, I looked through the records that came with the car and in 2009, it went into the shop for no boost and the notes say that "the center resonator grenaded into the muffler". Could this be indicative of a blocked exhaust?
