Turbo Gasket and down pipe bolts

I rebuilt my 97Aero motor last winter. Have about 4K on it so far. Other day started to notice the signs of exhaust in the cabin. Popped the hood and found two of the three bolts that hold the down pipe on loose and the third (bottom) completely extracted and sitting in the hole in the bend of my custom down pipe. All those torqued were I put the down pipe on before I dropped the engine in. Then rechecked after about 1K miles. How does this happen? Really? Got two of the three torqued back up but the third (bottom) is gonna suck. Ran it back up and now noticed a small leak around the manifold to turbo gasket directly forward. Yes I put a metal gasket in there as well and torqued it all up before engine went in. Is there a high temp Locktite out there for such an application?
During the rebuild I put ARP studs in the head. Anyone think there is a way to replace this gasket without breaking the oil and water lines and pulling the turbo. Essentially pull the ARP exhaust manifold bolts and remove the manifold with the turbo in place. Anybody done this?
Thanks in Advance.
