I guess I'm in the minority when I say don't both, which surprises me as I'm really into preventative replacement. I think they typically last at least 150k (obviously others have had different experiences) so that's what, at least 5 years away, and they're not much harder to replace in the car. With the water pump it's the bearings that let go which them compromise the seals with too much play. Feel for any play, then spin it with the belt off while listening to the bearings (ideally with a mechanics stethoscope - great cheap tool if you don't already have one). Any concerns, replace it, if not I'd keep it. I thought the Hepu looked very well made by the way, but the last one I handled was about 10 years ago.
