A lot of times a vibration in gear is just caused by a low idle, usually caused by a gunked up throttle body over time. If giving it just a few moves revs with the gas pedal helps, that's probably the trick. Certainly could be the motor mounts though (they can go pretty quickly on a 9k, especially if oil leaks on them), but always best to check the easy fixes first.
