If you really want to save some bucks, in my experience the grease on these wheel bearing dries out and they get loud before there is any real damage if you catch them pretty early. They're technically 'sealed' bearings but after some use they come apart easily and can be re-greased. I've done this on the front and rear of a 9k at separate times where both bearings were quite noisy with totally dried out grease and have tons of miles on them since. The axle nut can also back off making the bearing loud as well. That can be very easy to check (some wheels give you full access to the axle nut with the center cap off). My only experience with 'off' brands is trying to change the rear bearing on my '87 9kT and the darn thing wouldn't even fit on the spindle, which is how I discovered the re-greasing trick, but I can't speak to the Optimal. Whatever you do I would recommend new axle nuts, or at the least give the old one a few wacks with a heavy hammer to re-deform the edge (obviously not the proper technique but the one time I did this the nut never backed out again for what it's worth).
