The right rear rotor is rusty, indicating little braking is going on there (there's a small band, maybe 1/4" of clean metal, so it must not be completely frozen). Am I looking at a rebuild here, or is it possible to lubricate? From what I've read, the rebuilt ones available to buy are junk, and I don't know of a quality rebuilder nearby.
