A couple of years ago the original head unit (1998) was being temperamental (a shorting problem probably) and I upgraded to a Sony head unit with CD, Bluetooth, AUX input and USB.

Best thing ever! Hands free talking on the phone, Google navigation and way way way more music than you could ever fit in your CD player. In fact the only time I ever listen to anything over the CD player on the Sony was just to see if it worked. And no more fiddling with CDs and thier cases, scratched CDs.

Try it you might like it. For me it was probably the best and only aftermarket addition I did.

In hind sight, I might have gone with Alpine, just cuz the LED is green. The Sony is blue and I think I can change it red, but green would match better.
