As far as I understand your car having TCS should not be an issue when installing an upgraded ECU. I've heard that within T5 Suite tuning process it is literally a matter of checking or unchecking the TCS box on the screen. That is not to say it is this easy to do a complete TCS delete as there is a lot of hardware swapping involved.
Jordan Pagano at eEuroparts is an awesome guy, experienced mechanic, trained engineer and a very capable tuner. He did the 400hp tune on my 1995 9000 Aero and the 300hp tune on my 2002 Viggen (both with TCS). Assuming all your engine components are healthy and functioning properly, an eEuro tune will not disappoint you.
To be on the safe side and to alleviate your concerns, get him on the phone and ask a bunch of questions.
