No, normal gas with no additives. Car doesn't consume oil or smoke - it's only got ~115K on it and has had synthetic most of its life.
When I changed the coolant recently (at the age of about 2 years), there was a little black "guck" in the reservoir. I wonder if that could indicate a head gasket problem. There's nothing else to support that theory though - no overheating, no coolant loss, no white smoke from exhaust, no drivability issues.
