Ahh, I heard one can change to synthetic 'red line or motor oil from regular weight oil with out any ill effect but once the gear box is using synthetic a person can not revert back to regular weight oil without grave effects. I ask is this true? If it is would hate all the 9000 users seeing this thread stating (no synthetic) and they hurry to drop out their synthetic and change back to regular weight oil and a few 100 miles down the road after the switch their trans gives out.
