It's weird... the plastic housing is stable and so is the mirror if you try and move it manually. The remote adjustments are still working so that's normal. But, the mirror rocks back and forth when you accelerate, so I'm suspecting that the motor unit inside the black plastic housing has lost a tension spring... but I can't get a good visual angle or get it to wobble when the car is stationary.
