One trick that might help until you properly fix it, on my car pushing in very slightly on the door while pulling the outer handle makes it very easy to open them(even just pushing with your thumb does the trick). I'm so in the habit of this now that I forget the doors are hard to open until I have a passenger who struggles with them.
