If you need to fabricate one it's not a huge deal, especially as you'll be able to use the old one as a template. This is understandable not something the dealer typically wants to do, they're used to dealing with new-ish cars with available parts. Hopefully the OEM will come through since that's the easiest route, but if necessarily you can volunteer to take the old line to a restoration shop or good independent and they'll be able to whip up a line for you no problem. The only issue can be the fittings which can vary be manufacturer. If you can re-use yours or Saab ones are pretty standard (I have no idea) then you're set, otherwise you might need to do some research.
