I have never been able to buy a catalytic converter that included the downpipe from the turbo to the cat that was any good. The flanges the aftermarket companies make to bolt to the turbo are no good. What I do is
disconnect the factory cat and downpipe, and get a chop saw. Get a new weld-in high-flow cat with the same pipe diameter in and out as your old cat (usually less than $100), lay them next to each other, and cut the old flanges and downpipe off the old cat so they are the correct length to weld onto the new high flow cat. If you can't weld or don't have a friend who can weld an exhaust shop can do these two welds for way cheaper than a Bosal cat, and the flanges and result will be far superior. My saab 9000 CSE turbo has 400000 miles on it, and is still using the original flanges and downpipe from the original cat, and I have had to replace the cat with a high flow only once. I still pass emissions tests in maryland with less than 1% of allowed emissions. It cost me $75 and 2 hours to make.
