9000 Weight Estimate: Rolling Shell Posted by RAVC1 [Email] (#247) [Profile/Gallery] (more from RAVC1) on Wed, 9 Sep 2015 18:16:13 Members do not see ads below this line. - Help Keep This Site Online - Signup |
Most specifications I see regarding curb weight are 3100-3250 lbs. What would you estimate for a rolling shell without the following:
1 - B234,
2 - F25 5Sp,
3 - CV & Intermediate shafts,
4 - Exhaust,
5 - Pedal assembly and shifter linkage.
Less than 2500 lbs or more? I can find no information regarding the weight of the B234 or F25.
Alternatively, do you suspect I would need to remove the front subframe and suspension as well as the rear suspension and axle to get the remaining mass below 2500 lbs?
